Below are some healthy eating diet plan for beginners :

  •  First, you must eat whole food instead of eating processed food.
  • Do not drink and eat sugary drinks or food.
  • Try to prepare food on your own instead of buying from the market.
  • Try to keep healthy food readily available.
  •  Do not overeat especially at nighttime.
  • Use less oil And oil which is good for your health.
  •  Always drink warm water.
  •  Eat more fiber.
Taking breakfast is good for your health. Breakfast is the best way to have some fiber and fresh fruit. Do not eat high calories and high-fat food at breakfast.

Mid breakfast is an option if you eat heavy breakfast in the morning then there is no need to have mid-morning Breakfast. But if you still feel hungry or there is two to three hours away from lunchtime then you can take some light mid-morning breakfast just like snacks, etc.

During lunchtime, you can make some sandwiches or chapatis but not more than two with salad. This is enough for a healthy diet plan for a beginner.

A Mid-lunch meal is also optional. But you still feel hungry. You can have some light snacks.

At dinner time you can take some oats and light food. Do not overeat during a time and make sure that after eating on time, walk slowly for half an hour or for 20 minutes.
