 Before starting the weight loss process one must have the target of how much weight  must have to lose. Reaching your weight loss challenge is the big deal, one must have the ambition to reach his/her goal.

Following are some points that you have to apply to your daily routine life:
  • In morning eat breakfast like Oats and eggs
  • Join gym for 2 hours
  • Prepare your own food(lunch, snacks, and dinner) note that food must consist of chicken, brown rice, broccoli.
  • If you are doing the job then at lunchtime after taking your meal go for walk(min 15mints).
  • Variations of the following food:
  • Chicken - Tofu, Tilapia Fish Fillet, Prawns, Paneer.
  • Brown Rice - whole wheat pasta, quinoa, and brown bread
  • Broccoli - cucumber, carrots, cauliflower, beans, and spinach.
Try this schedule strictly in your daily life and within a few month you will see yourself near to your goal.
If it is not working out then don't get demotivated just follow it again and again until you reach your goals, to lose weight take one method and apply it until it works out. 
while following this plan many things will come into your life but remind yourself about your motive and sometimes that situation can also in front of you where you have to skip this for some amount of time but don't worry about that this is not ending you can come again and restart your goals. Remember nothing is impossible if you have willpower, dedication, and consistency.
